Stasera alle ore 20.00 all'Arcobaleno Film Center: "Picture Me" (Miglior Film "alla moda" Miff Awards '09) di Ole Schell e della top model Sara Ziff.
"Picture Me" mostra i segreti e il dietro le quinte del lavoro di una modella - da buste piene di cash a confessioni con occhi in lacrime - attraverso l'esperienza della top-model Sara Ziff e il suo fidanzato, Ole Schell, s'aggirano nel backstage e riprendono gli show di alcuni dei più celebrati stilisti dell'industria della moda. Dalle note di una ragazza diventata professionista per caso, interviste di fotografi e di operatori del settore, si delinea un punto di vista crudo, intimo e brutale del significato della modella; l'immagine di un volto e di un corpo in vendita al miglior offerente, rivelando la voce di quelle che sono spesso guardate ma raramente ascoltate.
Alle 22H30 al Visionnaire Design Gallery di Milano si terrà la MIFF AWARDS PARTY dove saranno consegnati i Premi Speciali Spot Advertising, Visual e il Gran Premio al Pubblico.
Tra gli altri, oltre la protagonista di "Picture Me", Sara Ziff, e il co-regista Ole Schell, interverranno lo stilista Elio Fiorucci, Francesco Baccini, Enrico Beruschi, Renato Pozzetto e altri personaggi dello spettacolo e dell'ambiente Moda.

This evening at 8.PM at the Arcobaleno Film Center "Picture Me" (Best Film "alla mode" Miff Awards '09) of Ole Schell and the top model Sara Ziff.
In this movie Ole Schell follows model Sara Ziff for several years documenting her rise from a fresh face to one that adorns billboards and magazines around the world. In the process, Ole and Sara go behind the scenes and chronicle the glitzy world of high fashion modeling, from photo shoots with celebrated photographers to runway shows in New York, Milan, and Paris. This intimate account features in-depth interviews with noted photographers and designers, but also relies on footage shot by the models themselves, giving voice to those who are often seen, but rarely heard. With appearances by Gilles Bensimon, Nicole Miller, Karl Lagerfeld, Irina Lazareanu, Lisa Cant and more
At 9.30PM the Visionnaire Design Gallery in Milan is the place where MIFF AWARDS PARTY will be given Special Prizes for the Advertising Spot, Visuals and the Grand Audience Award.
