It’s the moving story of a relationship that grows between artists from differrent genarations, an aging jazz singer nearing the end and a filmmaker who wants to document his life to find out what secrets lay at the singer’s frustrated career. A journey inside the mysterious life of the old jazz singer Jackie Paris to discover the life of an artist in order to appreciate his art.
Raymond De Felitta’s short film BRONX CHEERS was nominated for an Academy Award in 1991. His debut feature CAFÉ SOCIETY was premiered as part of the Cannes Film Festival’s prestigious Directors’ Fortnight in 1996. TWO FAMILY HOUSE won the Audience Award at the 2000 Sundance Film Festival.
