Inspired by a true story, the dramatic life of Stephanie. She appeared to live a somewhat insular and mundane existence, working as a part-time waitress and bringing-up her daughter as a single parent. In reality she was moonlighting as an international contract killer. Stephanie’s intriguing ‘other’ life unfolds in the form of an intimate journal. She recalls the people she has eliminated, how she killed them, even the financial aspect and the emotional consequences. Only when her luck runs out, does her life start to unravel, ultimately sealing her fate.
Born in London, Tony Maylam is a Film Director and Writer of feature films and sports specials.
He has received numerous international awards, including recognition by BAFTA, ACE, and International Sports Writers. He is the director/writer of many feature films/TV movies and documentaries and TV specials, three films on the Olympics, two extensive sports series of films for FIFA and IAAF, and commercials for companies like Coca-Cola, Goodyear and Shell. Among Tony Maylam’s recent documentary works include definitive films on the greatest marques of sports car.
