Sicily: a refugees’ boat sinks. At a lighthouse Marcello finds Ahmed, the only survivor, who recounts the shipwreck. Ahmed is alarmed by the approaching vedette-boat. Marcello promises he’ll come back for him.
Born in Sicily in 1976, he graduated with a Cinema Thesis. He became a real professional attending masters and courses in cinema and television and working as director, cinematographer and editor for commercials, TV- shows and short films. His works won him several awards. Currently he is a director for the media company Mediaset.
