Bethany Pruitt is a simple teenager girl who wants nothing more than to graduate High School and get away from her overbearing mother. But before that can happen, Bethany must survive her mom’s exuberant plans for a senior prom she’d rather not attend. Wendi McClendon Covey (RENO 911), Zachary Quinto (HEROES, STAR TREK) and Sara Swain (STARSKY & HUTCH, 13 GOING ON 30) star in this very dark comedy by first time director Coley Sohn. Also featuring Pat Crawford Brown (DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES) and Cole Petersen (ENTOURAGE).
BOUTONNIERE marks Coley Sohn\'s directorial debut. She started out as a theatre actor in her native Washington D.C., and made her way west. Other acting credits include recurring roles on DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES and BEVERLY HILLS 90210. Sohn also writes, improvises, and dabbles in real estate. In fact, she bought the house Boutonniere to shoot in and sold it after production to pay for the entire project. Currently she\'s working on getting the feature version of BOUTONNIERE.
