Biografia Autore
Piero Costantini was born in 1977 in a small village near Venice. When he was 20 he decided to move to Venice and then to Milan where he started his career as an editor, a visual effects artist and a music video director. In 2000 he started his own company, Sputnik Media, a digital-oriented post-production facility. In 2002, he teamed up with director Filippo Conz to produce his first feature film, STRANI ANELLI. This very low-budget ($ 30.000), visionary, psychological thriller was more than an experiment and was awarded all around the world in many independent festivals. In 2004 Costantini moved to Rome and participated as an external consultant in the start-up of two ambitious production houses involved in huge editorial projects about football. Meanwhile he directed commercials, documentaries and music videos for many important Italian bands and continued his career as executive producer for tv and home video productions. Now he’s working on his first feature film.
