At fifteen Robbie has only one thing on his mind - losing his virginity. The problem is that he's in hospital, he is diagnosed with a fatal heart condition. And who has to overcome the odds and help him fulfill his final wish? His best friend Ziggy. His first attempts to help his friend are a complete failure. Frustrated in their efforts, the boys argue and fall out. But soon with nobody to turn to but each other the boys make up and renew their efforts. Success still seems a long way off when Ziggy is robbed by a pimp and then arrested by the police for soliciting. However, with the unwitting help of Robbie's father and the kindly ward nurse Tina, Ziggy hatches a plan that may just succeed, but not in a way either of them expects…
Biografia Autore ScreenwritersSteve Lewis, Tony Owen Having worked in areas as disparate as television, teaching and firefighting, Steve Lewis and Tony Owen have now been writing together for over ten years since meeting on a Master's degree course in London. The Be All and End All is their second feature after 2008's Three and Out starring Colm Meaney and Imelda Staunton. Their influences range from the Coen brothers and Mamet to Wenders and Kieslowski. They are currently developing projects dealing with subjects as varied as human trafficking, the psychological effects of war and the darkly comic side of sexual politics.
