Synopsis
Tired of life, Ettore, 65 years old, everyday tries to find the courage to drive himself and his three wheeler down a country ditch. When Luca, his 10 year old grandson, finds out about his grandfather's intentions, he decides to furtively follow him.

Biography
Born in Rome in 1974, in 2011 he attains a degree in Theoretical Philosophy at La Sapienza University. In 2006, the short “Tana libera tutti”, based on his subject and script, achieves a Nomination a Donatello’s David, the acknowledgment as “Opera of National Cultural Interest”, the Special Award by the Jury at Arcipelago Festival, getting selected by several international festivals. In 2009, short feature “Io parlo!”, written and directed by him, is chosen by about 80 festivals, obtaining, among the others, the awards as Best Foreign Film at the Independent’s Film Festival in Florida; the Golden Mboni Award – Best International Shortfilm at Lola Kenya Screen; the Honourable Mention by the Philadelphia Documentary & Fiction Festival’s Jury and represented Italy at the “Kodak European Showcase for New Talents” at Clermont-Ferrand Short Film Festival. “Pizzangrillo”, his last short, has achieved the Award of the Audience in Arizona, the prize as Best Comedy Short in Colorado, and second place at Giffoni Film Festival.
