Natasha Petrovic
Natasha Petrovic (born in Stip, 1988) will graduate in this year from the Sts. Cyril and Methodi University in Skopje. Natasha has already gathered some experience of working on the stage and for short and long feature films. She began her film career with a role in Milcho Manchevski's feature film Shadows which was showed at the Toronto International Film Festival in 2007 and was the macedonian Academy Award submission in 2008. In addition, Natasha had roles in three student shorts. In 2009, she was cast in the lead role of Samira in Juanita Wilson's feature film As If I'm Not There. Thanks to her performance as a school teacher struggling to survive in a concentration camp during the Bosnian war, Natasha was nominated for Best International Actress at the Irish Film & TV Awards.
