Dana Niu
Born and raised in upstate New York, Dana graduated from the University of Southern California School of Music. Now based in Los Angeles, Dana's orchestration work spans over 100 films, including "The Book of Eli", "The Prestige", and "Live Free or Die Hard", and she composes for many independent features and short film projects. In 2008, the music she co-composed for the film" Mesrine: Public Enemy #1" was nominated for France's César award. Most recently, her score for the film "Jitensha" won Best Original Score in the 2010 Sapporo International Short Film Fest.
