Angela Correa
Angela Correa was born in Gridley, California. She attended San Diego State University, and simultaneously recorded and produced her first solo album "", followed by solo releases produced by Gregory Page. In 2007, Correa adopted the name "Correatown" and her 2009 release "Spark. Burn. Fade". garnered praise and support on the influential station KCRW. Correatown followed with 2011's Pleiades, which will be released worldwide on Highline Records in 2012. Correa combines music, art, and visual imagery in her works, creating her own video collages and screen prints to accompany her compositions. Her music and voice has been heard in television and film, including "Grey's Anatomy", "How I Met Your Mother", "Ugly Betty" among others. In 2007, Angela's voice was featured as the singing voice of Jenna Fischer's character Darlene in the Sony Pictures film "Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story." "Sassy Pants" marks Angela's debut composing for film.
